These terms apply when you use the StableHub website, mobile app, subscription services and related support. If you use StableHub for a stable, business, team or client, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to add and manage that information.
StableHub Is a Management Tool
StableHub helps organise horse and stable information. It is not veterinary, legal, accounting, tax, nutrition, safety, emergency or professional advice. You should use qualified professionals for decisions about animal health, diet, medication, legal matters, accounting, tax, workplace safety or business compliance.
Your Account and Data Accuracy
- You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for any activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of horse, stable, owner, rider, feed, training, schedule, invoice, GPS and other records entered into StableHub.
- You must only upload photos, documents and data that you have the right to use and share inside StableHub.
- You must own or have permission to upload photos. Do not upload unlawful, private, harmful or copyrighted images that you do not have rights to use.
- You should check important records before relying on them for horse care, billing, reporting or stable operations.
Subscriptions, Access and Horse Limits
StableHub plans may include different access levels, features, horse limits, staff access, reporting, analytics, website tools and app features. If your plan changes, expires, is cancelled or payment fails, access to paid features may change.
Horse limits and feature limits are enforced by plan. If you downgrade below your current usage, you may need to archive, reduce or manage records before adding more horses or using paid features.
Website Purchases and App Store Purchases
Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Stripe may handle payment method storage, billing events, invoices, failed payments and payment security.
App Store and Google Play purchases are billed, cancelled and refunded through the relevant app store account. StableHub cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the place where you purchased it. Website subscription cancellation is managed through the StableHub website or Stripe billing flow. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Apple or Google.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete your account or stable records. Refund rights are explained in the Refund Policy and may also be affected by Australian Consumer Law.
GPS and Location Features
GPS/location data is only collected when ride/run tracking is actively used. StableHub does not need continuous background location unless you start a tracking session. Location data may be used to show route maps, distance, duration and training history.
You can disable location permissions in device settings, but tracking features may not work. You are responsible for using location tracking safely and only where you have the right to record that session.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use StableHub for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or fraudulent activity.
- Do not try to access data, accounts, stables or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Do not upload malware, harmful files, spam, offensive material or content that infringes another person rights.
- Do not upload unlawful, private, harmful or copyrighted photos or images you do not own or have permission to use.
- Do not interfere with StableHub security, payment systems, availability, rate limits or normal operation.
- Do not use StableHub to make emergency animal care decisions without appropriate professional help.
StableHub may remove images, files or records that breach these terms, a third party right, or the law.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion by emailing info@stablehub.com.au. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the stable before deleting data. Some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup or dispute handling reasons.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. App store subscriptions must be managed through Apple or Google. Website subscriptions billed through Stripe should be managed through the StableHub billing page or Stripe customer portal.
Data Export and Deletion Requests
You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing info@stablehub.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, remove or change StableHub features over time. We aim to keep StableHub reliable, but online services can have outages, maintenance, third-party failures or data sync delays.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, StableHub is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, lost data, missed reminders, inaccurate user-entered records, animal health outcomes, professional advice decisions, or losses caused by third-party services such as Stripe, Apple, Google, hosting providers or analytics providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where we can limit a remedy, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid for the affected service period.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
