Refund Policy

Refunds depend on where you bought StableHub: the website through Stripe, or an app store through Apple or Google.

Last updated: 7 May 2026

This policy separates website subscriptions from App Store and Google Play purchases because they are billed and refunded through different systems.

A. Website Subscriptions via Stripe

Cancel within 14 days for a full refund of your first website subscription payment.

  • Website billing is handled through Stripe.
  • Website subscriptions have a 14-day trial/refund period for the first website subscription payment.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first website subscription payment, you can request a full refund of that first payment.
  • Refund requests can be sent to info@stablehub.com.au. Please include the account email, plan name and purchase date if you have them.
  • After 14 days, website subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless a refund is required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
  • Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

B. App Store and Google Play Purchases

Apple and Google manage refunds and cancellations for purchases made through their app stores.

  • If you subscribed or purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations must be managed through Apple.
  • If you subscribed or purchased through Google Play, refunds and cancellations must be managed through Google.
  • StableHub cannot directly issue App Store or Google Play refunds because Apple and Google control those payment records.
  • StableHub support can still help identify whether your purchase appears to be a website subscription or an app store purchase.

How To Ask For Help

Email info@stablehub.com.au for refund questions, billing help or if you are not sure where your subscription was purchased.

Refund requests are different from account deletion or data export requests. For privacy or data requests, use the Contact page category "Privacy/data request" or email us directly.
